Q1: How long does it take to process my order?
A1: All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, except on Sundays and holidays.
Q2: When will I receive my order?
A2: Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier conditions.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A3: No. We currently only ship within the United States.
Q4: Do you charge sales tax?
A4: No sales tax is applied to any orders placed through our store.
Q5: How can I contact customer service?
A5: You can reach us by email at Help@foreverstampsclub.co. Our customer support hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (closed on Sundays).
Q6: Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
A6: Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed.
Q7: What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
A7: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to track your shipment and provide assistance.
